1. Which courier service that you use?
We ship our parcels via PosLaju or Nationwide.
2. What is the shipping cost?
We provide FREE DELIVERY within West Malaysia for finished goods. For spare parts (i.e. regulator, hose, hose clip, butane), the shipping fee will be calculated based on your shipping address and weight. The shipping fee will be calculated after you have entered your shipping address.
3. Do you provide international shipping?
Yes, we are ready to ship internationally, but the shipping cost will be at the expense of our customer.
4. When will my parcel arrive?
Under normal circumstances, you get to receive your parcel within 3-5 working days (7-10 working days for East Malaysia) from the day you make payment of your order.
5. What if my parcel did not arrive within the estimated time?
Something might have gone wrong. First, check if your shipping address is correct. Second, check your order status. If the order status is “not shipped”, contact us immediately. If the order status is “shipped”, track your shipping status using the provided tracking number at our courier’s website. Check with the courier company to see if they’re holding your parcel. If they fail to find your parcel, contact us immediately.
6. How do I track my order?
You will receive an email together with your tracking number once we shipped out your parcel. Kindly take note that it may takes up to 1 working day for the order status to be updated.

8. How do I cancel my order?
We cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. However, you can try contacting us immediately at +603-8948 9088, and our team will try to assist wherever possible.
9. How do I register warranty for my product?
Kindly ensure that your warranty card has the date of purchase with company's stamp. The warranty card is to be kept by customers for future reference. You do not need to register online or mail it back to Zenne Infinity Sdn Bhd.
